What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
When will I get my order?
Moving a large, fragile piece of furniture safely takes a little time. We aim to deliver all UK orders within 10–15 working days.
What are your products made out of?
All our products are made out of real hardwoods that are carefully sourced for each piece to be hand crafted. All suppliers are local to the UK.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within the UK is free however for mainland Europe or anywhere else around the world you will need to contact us and we would quote you delivery fee before your purchase.
Will it arrive safely?
We take great care when preparing and packaging each piece for its journey. However, moving large and fragile furniture can be unpredictable, and on the rare occasion that your piece arrives damaged, please let us know as soon as possible.
We ask that you send us photographs of the piece and its packaging, along with a brief description of the damage, so that we can understand what has happened and help resolve it as quickly as possible. We are however not responsible for damages after delivery has taken place.
